That’s better

Although the sun is still struggling to get out from behind the clouds, at least we can (almost) see the mountain range in the distance, the wind has died down and the UHF television aerial has been restored to its rightful place on top of the roof. As they say: Happy wife, happy life.

  1. 4 seasons in one day, Many times I dressed in warm clothing in the morning and could be stripping off by midday, or wearing a rain coat on a day looking like it will pour with rain and not receiving a drop all day but a clear sky with a beaming sun with enough heat to fry an egg. Extremely hard job for weather forecasters in NZ. I hope they put extra stays on your aerial mast.

  2. Yep. Apparently NZ is one of the most difficult places on Earth to accurately forecast, especially as the country has so many microclimates. You only have to travel a few kilometre to find totally different weather.
