After Watching his speech at the UN and parts of his 80 minute “press conference” (I couldn’t stomach the whole thing), I really think Trump’s sense of reality (if he ever had it) has left him for good. Give him a mirror and park him in the corner. The world will be better off.

Snakes on a plane? Now two? Bad idea.

Trump is a classic example of megalomania, and it is obviously exacerbated by his low intelligence. As embarrassing as Trump is for America, it should be even more embarrassing for Americans that someone so unfit could be elected President.

Trump is a good example why I’d hate to see us ever adopt a presidential style government. Our collective parliamentary style limits the power of any single individual within the Executive.

I find it very sad that people in other countries – and even on other continents – are laughing at the leader of my country. That should never happen. Personally, I do not support the current administration, but I’m stuck with it.

Personally, I find it sad, too, that a leader of a country should be thought of as a buffoon. Especially as small nations such as ours can be detrimentally affected by the decisions of such a buffoon of a powerful nation. Yet we have no say in such decisions, unlike Americans. Small nations like ours need to cooperate. Individually none of us can possibly possess the resources needed to go it alone. Isolationist policies might work for America to a limited extent, but such a policy here would likely be our death knell. The US is still the most powerful nation on earth, but Trump doesn’t understand that his “Make America Great Again” can only be at the expense of other nations. That policy might be to the advantage to the top 1% domestically, while the rest end up worse off, but it’s also to the advantage only to the top 1% of nations, leaving the rest of the world disadvantaged.
